Gallery Policies

Payment

Georgetown Frame Shoppe accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, wire transfers, money orders, cash, and checks for payment. We also accept Paypal. We reserve to the right to refuse credit card shipments to foreign addresses if they do not go to the verified billing address.

Fees

We do not charge sales tax if we ship or deliver out of Washington DC. Otherwise, we have to charge 5.75% DC sales tax.

Shipping

We ship Worldwide. We generally will ship using Federal Express Ground fully insured to anywhere in North America, except if otherwise specified. If you need an estimate of shipping costs feel free to contact our gallery.

Delivery

Unless requested, we usually ship within 3 days of payment clearance. We ship daily Monday to Friday. Other arrangements can be made if needed.

Refunds and Returns

Customer satisfaction is a high priority for our gallery. Georgetown Frame Shoppe will accept returns, with a full refund minus the cost of shipping, up to 14 days after the client has received the work of art. We do not accept returns if the art or frame has been damaged while in the care of the client.
